Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how New Dawn Media (“NDM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit ndawnm.com and any related pages that link to this notice (the “Site”).

If you have questions or requests, email dawn@ndawnm.com.

1) Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit a form, book a consult, or request content.

  • Professional details (company, role, interests) if you share them.

  • Payment info (only if we ever sell paid products/services directly on the Site; if a third-party processor is used, they collect this on their platform).

  • User content you send us (messages, briefs, files, testimonials).

b) Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring/exit pages).

  • Device/tech data (IP address, browser type/version, OS, screen size).

  • Cookies & similar tech (to keep the Site working, measure performance, remember preferences, and—if enabled—support marketing/retargeting).

c) Information from third parties (if used)

  • Analytics & ad platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) may provide aggregated insights.

  • Scheduling, CRM, and email platforms (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot, Mailchimp) may pass us contact info you submit.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). See Children’s Privacy below.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.

  • Respond to inquiries, send the resources you request, and manage our relationship with you.

  • Send administrative messages (e.g., policy updates, confirmations).

  • If you opt in, send marketing emails—you can unsubscribe anytime.

  • Analyze site performance and user behavior to improve content and UX.

  • Protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors): consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., website analytics, marketing to existing clients), and compliance with law.

3) Cookies & Tracking

We (and our service providers) may use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for core site functionality.

  • Performance/analytics cookies to understand usage (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Functional cookies to remember preferences.

  • Advertising cookies (only if you enable them) for interest-based ads/retargeting.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings and (if implemented) our cookie banner preferences. Disabling some cookies may affect the Site functionality.

4) Sharing Your Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM, payment processing, scheduling, security). They may only use data to perform services for us.

  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.

  • Business transfers (merger, sale, or asset transfer).

  • Legal reasons (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property).

We do not sell personal information. If we ever plan to, we’ll update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms first.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here (e.g., to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements). Retention periods vary by data type and context.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online transmission or storage system is 100% secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we’ll act promptly and notify you when required by law.

7) International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process your information in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws than those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

8) Your Privacy Rights
